REFUND POLICY: Our website does not process refunds, so if you need a refund for camp you will have to work directly with Will Byrne at wbyrne@northwestern.edu.

CLINICS REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given for camps or clinics costing less than $100.

Camps over $75

• Cancellations within 14 days of camp – No refunds – Camp credit minus $75 dollars admin fee may be given with a doctor’s note
• Cancelations over 15 days before camp – Camp credit minus $75 admin fee.
• Cancelations over 30 days before camp – Refund minus $50 admin fee
• If you are unable to attend a camp or clinic due to COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, a pro-rated credit will be given to a future camp or clinic.  

If Camps are canceled due to  covid, Full credit will be given to a future camp or clinic.  No refunds will be given.

• **An athlete may be able to pay a pro-rated price for camp if there is a conflict between camp and a USA sanctioned event, or an event similarly sanctioned by another nation. The pro-rate price will be determined by the number of sessions the athlete will be attending.
