DAY 1 TIME: 7:00am - 8:00pm DAY 2 TIME: 7:00am - 5:00pm COST: $1760 per Team ($1675 + $85 Fee) FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. EACH TEAM MUST HAVE A DESIGNATED CAPTAIN AND A ROSTER OF NO LESS THAN 11 PLAYERS AND NO MORE THAN 18.

LOCATION: Lakeside Field, 2311 N Campus Drive, Evanston, IL

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

11v11 full field, 5 men maximum on the field at one time (GK can be either gender).
No borrowing players! If you borrow players/goalkeeper you will forfeit the match in which they played.
11 Roster Minimum
6 games - 4 on Saturday (25 min each) - 2 on Sunday (36 min each) - running clock
Cost is $1675 per team
12 teams maximum - Ranking games Saturday, Medal Games Sunday
Age requirement: 18+ (NCAA rules apply for collegiate players)

SATURDAY: Games between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm. 4 games, 25 minutes each - no halftime. Each team plays 4 games to get placed in rank order - 1 through 12, and place into 3 brackets: Championship (1-4), Middle Tier (5-8), Wooden Spoon (9-12)

3 points for a win, 1 for a tie.

Tie breakers: Points, head to head, goal differential (capped at 5), goals against, goals for, shoot-out, if necessary.

SOCIAL: Saturday Night Social

SUNDAY: Games between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. 18-minute halves - 2 guaranteed games. Semi-final and final for each tier of games. Shoot-out to determine winners after ties - best of 3 (minimum 2 women in shootout) - after 3, alternate male/female - sudden victory.

IMIPORTANT NOTES

In the case of inclement weather we will make adjustments to the schedule/shorten games in order to best preserve tournament integrity & maximum game for all participants. No refunds.
No borrowing players! If you borrow players/goalkeeper you automatically forfeit the game where these players were used.

REGISTRATION:

Registration will open February 14th, 2025 - at this point, your registration is confirmed with a full payment of $1675.
Refunds (minus a $200 processing fee) are available until April 20th. There are NO REFUNDS after April 20th.
After registering, teams will need to direct all individual athletes to the individual registration and injury waiver forms, via our website www.northwesternfieldhockey.com

TRAVEL:

Travel into O’Hare or Midway is easy and convenient to Evanston.
We WILL have a room block booked at the Holiday Inn - Evanston - details to come.
